We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead our customer care team here at our corporate studio in Laguna Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service using verbal and written communication skills to create an omni-channel customer experience. Responsibilities will include keeping the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, implementing our current strategy, and KPI reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
