• One (1) year of inventory management experience
• Previous Inventory Audit experience is a plus
• Thorough understanding of Receiving and Returns
• Detail oriented, analytical, problem solver always looking for ways to improve the process and business
• Team player than can develop positive cross-functional relationships
• Proven ability to work on complex tasks with minimal supervision and formulate and refine problem definition independently
• Proven ability to initiate and handle a variety of projects or commitments simultaneously
• Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment

Job Description:

The role of the Inventory Controller is to maintain the accuracy and organization of our physical inventory within both our warehouse and ERP system. As the Inventory Controller, you will lead a team of three, responsible for all inventory functions as well as receiving and returns. Regular reporting to Finance is necessary to report on inventory variances and adjustments. You will also be responsible for prepping and running inventory audits.
