Shipping Outside the United States: International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00. Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs’ procedures or clearance. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers or to customs or postal authorities, in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. For example, for gifts, customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package. Cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
International Returns: Any approved shipping costs, return customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.
