JEWELRY PRODUCT CARE
For best results, we recommend keeping your jewelry in the brown gorjana flannel anti-tarnish bag provided and avoid mixing gold and silver pieces.
JEWELRY CLEANING
Sterling Silver: Apply sterling silver polish to a tooth brush and gently scrub. Rinse under water and immediately soak in an all purpose jewelry cleaner for a few minutes. Remove, rinse under water again and pat dry.
Gold Plating: Soak in an all purpose jewelry cleaner for a few minutes. Remove, rinse under water and pat dry.
Fine Jewelry: Soak in a mixture of all purpose jewelry cleaner and lukewarm water. Remove, rinse under water and pat dry. Polish with a soft cloth after drying. We also recommend having your local jeweler steam clean your gold pieces.
Cleaner: Jewel Brite makes an all purpose jewelry cleaner that works well on both sterling silver and gold plating, as well as a sterling silver polish for silver pieces.
HANDBAG PRODUCT CARE
Gorjana handbags are made of fine, natural leathers. Slight imperfections and color variations are normal and should be expected. Please handle with care and keep away from lacquer, perfume and anything containing alcohol and derivatives, as contact may cause damage.
HANDBAG CLEANING
It is recommended that your gorjana handbag be stored in a protective dust bag, and treated by a leather care professional as needed.

SALES TAX
California sales tax of (7.25%) is charged to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. An additional (.50%) is charged for orders shipped to addresses in Orange County, California making the total (7.75%).
SHIPPING
Jewelry and handbag orders placed with standard UPS ground shipping before 12PM PST M-F will be shipped on the same business day. All orders requesting an upgraded shipping method - UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day - must be placed before 2PM PST M-F.
Time in transit does not include order date (ex: UPS 3 Day ordered Monday will arrive at destination Thursday).

Fine Jewelry orders will be shipped via UPS from Laguna Beach, CA within 7 business days.
Please note; all orders are processed subject to pending inventory availability. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed.
Pick-ups and returns at the Laguna Beach location are not permitted.
International orders, including Canada, are shipped via USPS First Class mail service for $15.00. USPS does not provide a tracking number and the package is not insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees or charges.”

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges and repairs may be requested by visiting the Order History section of My Account. Once in the Order History selection, view the order of the item you wish to exchange or repair. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or repair and select the “RETURN ITEM(S)” button.
You will receive a response via email within 1-2 business days. Approved returns will include a Return Authorization Number (RA#), prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions.
Exchanges and Repairs will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We are not responsible for repair items that are damaged, lost or stolen in the mail.

A refund may be requested for unworn merchandise, with the original tag within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable and will not be accepted for return. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in any retail stores or on other retail websites. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
