We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please see our guidelines below or contact us for help with a return or exchange.

The policies in this section apply only to merchandise purchased on We are unable to accept exchanges, returns or price adjustments for merchandise bought in any retail store or on other websites.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order by 3pm PST on the date it was placed, which will void the transaction completely. If you choose to cancel on a subsequent day, your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased. The refund may take up to 10 business days to show up on your card statement. To cancel your order, contact us immediately.

Return and Exchange Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item in unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

You must have a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number in order to process a return or exchange. Please be aware that all sale and off price Items final and no pricing adjustments will be granted.

Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns.

Price Adjustments: For any items that were purchased full price two weeks prior being added to sale, gorjana will honor the price adjustment in form of store credit. Price adjustments will not be honored for any final sale or off priced item.

How to get an RMA Number:

  • Log into My Account. If you do not have an account, please contact Customer Care and an RMA number will be provided.
  • Navigate to the “Order History” tab of your account.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and click the Return or Exchange options.
  • Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an e-mail informing you of whether your return request has been approved.
  • An email approving returns will include an RMA Number, a pre-paid shipping label, and return shipping instructions. If you have not received this email in the time stated, please check your Spam folder.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
  • You have 7 days after the receipt of your RMA Number to ship your merchandise back to at the address listed above.

Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order. If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase at checkout.
