Bespoke Bar Adjustable Necklace (gold)

We bought this as a gift for our daughter and had a special date engraved into it to mark a special occasion. The etching was very light which was disappointing. Folks will have to look hard at the necklace to even notice that there is something there. Also, the bar rolls/flips on the chain. We thought it would be connected and be still, but it can roll and possibly not even face the correct way. That was a bit disappointing as well.

I had this necklace for 4 years. It unfortunately broke, it was a graduation gift that was engraved with where I did my study abroad. I reached out to Gorjana and they replaced it immediately with no hassle. It came back engraved and looks brand new!
