Bespoke Plate Adjustable Bracelet (gold)

Disappointed in the engraving. It looks like it barely scratches the surface and you can barely read it. It's not a deep engraving at all. I have engraved pieces from other brands, and you can read what it says much easier.

Also, if you have smaller wrists, you might want to second guess getting this because the tail of the chain is so long and it's constantly getting tangled with my other bracelets.

My bracelet had some fading on the gold and I contacted Gorjana and they immediately responded and sent me a new bracelet. I call that excellent customer service and taking care of your customers! You don't see that much too often in other companies.
