    Worst Jewelry Purchase

    The latch to open this necklace is extremely tight and impossible to open. I hurt my fingers trying to open it, after wasting 10 or so minutes trying to figure out how to unlock it. Why did you invest in such a cheap latch when the standard ones are easily available? This is the worst piece of jewelry I have ever purchased.

    I would have given it 5 stars but the clasp was so difficult to figure out that I had to call the store to find out how to open it. It would be better if the instructions were included.
