    Did not receive item after several attempts

    Ordered for my mom for Mother’s Day well in advance. First package came quickly but was someone else’s order- a tiny ring with someone else’s info inside package. Called customer service they said would quickly fix mistake and asked that we send ring back which we did. Next package came fedex quickly again, this time empty- a packing slip saying the item & an empty gray baggie - no other plastic envelopes or anything in it. Customer service closed so called the local California store & they were going to try & fix it but this has been a mess. Love the products I have gotten in past but shopping outside California seems to not work
